Lindsay Dahm

Born and raised in Spokane, Real Estate runs deep for me—it’s not just a career, but a lifelong passion shaped by family and experience. As the daughter of a builder and developer, I grew up immersed in the industry, gaining early insight into construction, development, and the business of building. I attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, studied abroad in London, and then spent my first post-college years in the fast-paced fashion industry in New York City. Those experiences strengthened my eye for design, my work ethic, and my ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments I officially launched my Real Estate career in Denver in 2013, serving as a Project Manager and In-House Broker for an Urban Infill Developer & Design-Build Firm. During that time, I worked hands-on in townhome and condo construction, land acquisition, and sales, ultimately overseeing the build of more than 40 townhomes and mixed-use projects. Family brought me home to Spokane in 2015, where I had the opportunity to work alongside my father while continuing to represent buyers and sellers across Spokane and Northern Idaho. I’m deeply passionate about this community and committed to helping make our city the very best it can be. Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about interior design and am the owner of Dante Pilates, a boutique Pilates studio on the South Hill. When I’m not working, you’ll find me traveling, skiing, spending summers at Priest Lake, and spending time with my daughter and family.
